BioI'm always right about these things.
Venus is a Model 3 Test Subject produced by the defence company SaintLogic - an artificial soldier with no memories or legit identity. You'd never know it to look at her. Despite her appearance, though, she has an oddly cold nature, not being capable of the depth of emotion of previous model test subjects. She feels no empathy and usually acts selfishly, although she's been known to make some stumbling attempts at altruism. She certainly doesn't feel any qualms about killing, and can't stand fools.
More interestingly, she was created with the power of probability manipulation. Around her, coins come up heads, bullets just happen to hit people, cards always come up in the order she needs, and broken machines begin to work (with just a little physical persuasion). Don't play cards with her. Don't.
